GULPR / SERVICE ARCHITECTURE

MODULE / CARE 01 · PROPOSED SYSTEM STUDY

Service access.
System separation.

A focused engineering direction for the GULPR prototype: a proposed wet circuit, a separate dry electronics bay, and access considered within the illustrated 1 L and 2 L bottle forms.

Functional prototype in active testing. This is product direction, not a care manual or a statement of validated performance.

PROPOSED LID ARCHITECTURE

ARCH / 02 · WET AND DRY SYSTEM BOUNDARY

A circuit, not a care manual.

The design study separates the proposed water path from the electronics context. That separation is an engineering direction to investigate, not an instruction for owners to access, remove, or service a product.

WET 01PROPOSED

Wet circuit

A flip up straw inlet leads to a stainless cavity. Two ceramic gears are proposed to sit together in that wet side cavity as one illustrated metering package.

DRY 02PROPOSED

Electronics bay

A separate dry electronics bay is proposed beside the wet circuit, with silicone fill shown as a direction for the protected region.

Seal performance, fill method, and electrical protection are unvalidated.

ACCESS GEOMETRY / PROPOSED

ACC 03 · FULL DIAMETER OPENING

Reach is a design input.

The 1 L and 2 L directions are both drawn around a proposed full diameter opening. It is intended to keep the interior and the illustrated access path under consideration from the first layout.

Final dimensions, grades, fit, tolerances, and the performance of any access path remain to be engineered. The rendered opening is not a hygiene, dishwasher, waterproof, or cleaning claim.

WET SIDE INSERT / DESIGN STUDY

SVC 05 · ACCESS CONCEPT

Removable by proposal.

The wet side insert is a design study for grouping the straw, stainless cavity, and two ceramic gears away from the proposed dry electronics bay. It is not an operating sequence.

The companion brush direction layers a sidewall bristle barrel, upper halo, lower skirt, and detail dome. It is an illustrated approach to access research, not a confirmed bundle or a performance claim.

ENGINEERING VERIFICATION AGENDA

VFY / 06 · NOT TEST RESULTS

Questions before claims.

The prototype work has an agenda, not published results. These are the checks that must inform any eventual service, material, sealing, or calibration claim.

  1. VFY 01Assembly retention and seal wear
  2. VFY 02Material compatibility
  3. VFY 03Residue access
  4. VFY 04Wet and dry boundary ingress
  5. VFY 05Effect of removal and reassembly on flow calibration
PROTOTYPE STATUS

Care belongs in the engineering brief.

GULPR is a functional prototype in active testing. Final care instructions belong with confirmed product details, not with an early design study.
